Embroidery FAQ's
What are your minimums.?
We usually do not require minimums with embroidery, but require 24 piece minimums with screen printing. Please note however that, it will be more cost effective to order at least a dozen pieces per style , since the greater the quantity the cheaper the piece price gets.
What if I don’t have a design, artwork or logo?
We do not offer artwork/ design services. We suggest you get in touch with someone with a specialty in artwork design and logo creation
What if my artwork or design is not in production ready format?
We can have artwork digitized into standard production formats for both embroidery and screen prints. A charge will apply.
Do you send proofs prior to production?
All artwork will require your approval signature before production can begin. You are responsible for making sure the proof is what you want. We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes that occur after you have approved proofs for production.
What is your turnaround time?
It usually takes about 2 weeks to complete the job once all approvals and payments have been made.
Product Development FAQ's
What does product development entail?
Product development is a painstaking creative process that requires patience, in order to attain a precise and accurate product that is production ready. A minimum of 8 weeks is required, and the maximum amount of time depends on the extent and complexity of the product line. However, we work with you and strive to deliver your product in a timely manner
What do you mean by sourcing apparel?
Sourcing is the procurement process which focuses on where and how you get materials and manufacturing of your products done.
What is your shipping & refund policy?
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 for all US orders. Shipping rates will vary for international orders.
Most in stock merchandise will ship within 2 business days, except those requiring embroidery or screen prints.
Returns: All merchandise must be returned in the original condition with all tags still attached.
Full price merchandise will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of purchase, and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.
There are NO refunds for sale merchandise, and NO refunds on embroidered or screen printed merchandise. In both cases all sales are final.
